Ordering, start to finish
Four steps, and you can pay at the end of them rather than the start.

1. Put it in the basket
The price shown is the price paid. VAT is included and delivery is included.
2. Give a delivery address
A street address in one of the 27 EU countries. Not parcel lockers or poste restante – the welder and the socket set are heavy and the courier hands them over in person.
3. Choose how to pay
Card at the checkout, or cash to the courier once the parcel is in your hands. Cash on delivery costs nothing extra.
4. Wait for the email
A confirmation with an order number arrives straight away, and a tracking link when the parcel leaves the warehouse. Times are on the delivery page.
Changed your mind before it ships? Reply to the confirmation email and we will stop it. Afterwards the 14-day right of withdrawal applies.
