The 14-day right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from the day the goods reach you to tell us you are withdrawing, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back.

How to start one

Write through the contact page or by post, with the order number. A clear statement is enough.

Condition

You may handle and inspect a tool as you would in a shop. If it has been used beyond that and its value has dropped as a result, the refund may be reduced by that amount. A grinding disc that has been used, or an electrode that has been struck, is not returnable.

Who pays the postage

Outbound delivery is ours. Sending the item back is yours, unless it is faulty or we sent the wrong thing.

When the money arrives

Within 14 days of us receiving the goods, or of you proving you sent them, whichever is earlier. Refunds go back to the method you paid with.
