Terms of sale

1. Who you are buying from

2. Who may buy

Consumers aged 18 or over with a delivery address in one of the 27 European Union countries.

3. Prices

All prices are in euro and include VAT and delivery. The price that applies is the one shown when you place the order.

4. The contract

Your order is an offer. The contract exists when we send the confirmation email. If we cannot supply something we will say so and refund in full.

5. Payment

By card at the checkout, or in cash to the courier on delivery.

6. Delivery

As set out on the delivery page. Times are estimates. Risk passes to you when the goods are handed over.

7. Withdrawal

14 days from delivery, as set out under returns and refunds.

8. Guarantee

The legal guarantee of conformity is three years from delivery, as described under guarantee and safe use.

9. Safe use and liability

These are power tools. They must be used with the protective equipment and in the manner described in the instructions supplied with them. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. We are not liable for loss that was not foreseeable, nor for injury or damage caused by using a tool contrary to its instructions or without the protective equipment it requires.

10. Law and disputes

Spanish law applies, and mandatory consumer protections in your own country of residence continue to apply. If a complaint cannot be settled directly you may take it to the consumer arbitration system in your country.

11. Changes

These terms may change. The version that applies to an order is the one published when it was placed. Last updated 29 September 2026.
